: To ensure the best joint fabrication, make sure the joints are fresh cut, use acetone to degrease the glue area. If this is going to be used in a marine environment, I would recommend a plastic resin glue as a minimum, with a two part glue system if may become submerged, such as a boarding ladder. Good Luck!
