Looking into producing more of our raised panel doors in or shop. I have a question regarding the type of sets to use. I have see in most of the ordered doors that we get they are using a set that relieves the bottom of the round over where it meets the panel. They say that it allows stain to penetrate under so that when there is normal expansion the raw door does show through.
Is this a good agreement? And does anyone no where to get these as router bits, rather than shaper cutters?
