My application is cutting smooth cuts on Lexan sheet. A fine blade diamond or carbide is required as plastic is very abrasive and must not get to hot in cutting
sheets will be 1/8 to one inch thick a fine ratter then fast cut is preferred
sheet can be 4x8 feet so some kind of sheet holding extension is required
at the same time space is a problem so a compromise in basic saw size is a consideration.
