Free Plans, there are a couple of plans at this site, just scroll down to Liquor Cabinet and then to Rustic Wine Rack (these are Australian designs)

Craft Pattrns, plans may not be on the online catalog, but they have plans for a Cellaret & Buffet, this is a compact cabinet that holds 16 bottles and with storage for glasses in the door, and 2 drawers, really nice looking, problem is that you'll probably have to buy the catalog to see what it looks like -- but you get a rebate coupon which yiu can used toward purchase of plans.
